More than words
More confidence.

Your next step
Your goal is more than another German course.
Your goal is to pass the fide test.
You may need proof of language ability for a residence permit, settlement permit, or naturalisation. Above all, you want to know:
- What will the test involve?
- What can I already do?
- What do I still need to practise?
That is where langfred helps.
For everyday life in Switzerland
Practise what matters in the test.
Realistic conversations alongside theory
The fide test asks you to use language in everyday life. With langfred, you practise typical situations, such as:
You do the speaking and can repeat each situation until you feel confident.
- making a doctor’s appointment
- talking to your landlord
- asking for information at your municipality
- explaining something at work
- asking questions
- responding to everyday situations
Every skill covered
Practise speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Prepare for the different parts of the fide test.
Speaking & listening
Have realistic conversations and practise responding spontaneously to questions and situations.
Reading
Practise with information and texts from everyday situations.
Writing
Practise simple messages, replies, and texts you might encounter in daily life.
Understand. Then practise.

Know what you still need to practise.
Everyone’s starting point is different.
You might speak well but find writing difficult. Or you might understand a lot but feel unsure when speaking. langfred helps you focus on the areas where you still need support.
Spend your time on what helps you move forward.
Your pace. Your time.
Practise when it suits you.
No fixed class times. No travel. No missed lessons.
Practise for ten minutes in the morning, try a roleplay in the evening, or focus on a particular skill before your test.
On your phone, tablet, or computer.
And if a task feels difficult, try it again.
